Text Mining Consultant Healthcare (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
- Exciting project work – you will develop innovative, data-driven solutions together with our healthcare customers and partners and support our customers and partners in getting the best out of their product
- You carry out data-based feasibility studies on medical data
- You will help identify the needs and goals of our customers and contribute to the product orientation in order to develop a tailor-made product strategy for Averbis
- You build a strong and sustainable relationship with our key accounts
- You will conduct training courses and product launches on Health Discovery and support our customers with onboarding
- You accompany customers through renewal processes and identify growth and upselling opportunities
- You work hand in hand with the Product Owner to define and prioritize customer requirements and work on the strategic roadmap of Health Discovery
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies with a focus on (medicine) computer science or related training
- Preferred: 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of eHealth applications
- Hands-on experience in text mining and NLP
- Domain knowledge in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Python, Java
- You speak fluent German and English
- Customer-oriented & strong in communication with a simultaneous economic mindset
- Nice to have – experience working in an agile environment
